Digital & E-Business

At Printemps, we aim to offer our customers an omnichannel experience. The online business therefore represents a major strategic focus for the Group. This ambition is led by Placedestendances.com, Citadium.com and, more recently, madeindesign.com, which expands our furniture and decoration offer. Our digital teams combine many different skills—digital marketing, web development, photography, web design, e-business offering and web logistics.

Marketing & communication

The main objectives of the marketing and communication teams are to define Printemps’ positioning, generate traffic, manage and nurture our reputation and image, create a unique shopping experience and be at the frontline of the customer relationship through CRM and digital.
