"I chose to specialise in logistics because it embodies all the new major issues for companies, especially when it comes to reducing their environmental footprint"

"After graduating from high school in Economics and Social Sciences, I enrolled at the NEOMA business school in Reims to pursue a degree in technology and management.

After finishing my studies, I decided to do an additional year in order to specialise in transport. I then applied to Printemps and was hired as a sales assistant. Two years later, I’ve progressed within the company. From day one, I’ve always wanted to be a manager. Today, I am the logistics team leader for the men’s and children’s market."

"My main tasks are as follows—lead the team and improve communication with other Printemps departments, including the procurement division"

"As soon as I arrive at work, I meet my team to lay out the day’s challenges together. The ways in which we work really depend on the season and the subject, so no day is the same.

We collaborate with sales managers across all markets to help brands become more efficient in the best possible conditions. We are also in charge of returning unsold products to our suppliers within very short timeframes. Finally, during the inventory period, our goal is to make the stock records as reliable as possible."

"Printemps in a nutshell—the beauty of its architecture"

"I am passionate about French history and culture—this is what immediately comes to mind when I talk about Printemps. Its heritage is quite exceptional.

I really like the work environment; it both inspires and challenges me—I am lucky to work here. I want to give all I have to a company that has managed to be around for more than 150 years."

"My advice is… don’t hesitate to say what you think"

"As soon as I arrived, I shared my ideas to improve our processes and organisation. As I was supported by my manager, some of my proposals were accepted and implemented. That’s really rewarding. One must not hesitate to be a source of new ideas and to question a system or process that has been in place for a long time."
