Deborah

Digital Project Manager

Digital Project Manager

2 years with Printemps

"Gratuated from the Neoma Business School I first integrated Printemps eight years ago"

"After a six-month internship, I received an offer to work in Printemps Network Department to develop and improve the revenues of Printemps own products performance.
For five years, I was a project manager at PMU, working on the development and digitization of their network, then,  I have worked for Courrèges as an e-commerce manager. I returned to Printemps in June 2017, as Digital Project Manager."

"As Project Manager, my role is to coordinate the various trades, to define the needs of the project and to grant the various stakeholders, in order to build together the vision of the site and achieve it."

"My missions are focused around the planning and coordination of workshops to define the objectives and challenges of the future e-commerce site Printemps. The missions are very varied. They go through the definition of the offer, the services, the supply chain, the artistic direction of the site, the packaging, the user experience or the framing of CRM and customer loyalty. All these actions are carried out in order to ensure a maximum of omnicanality between the site and the stores."

"This new project is very motivating. The main challenge is both to capture the excellence of Printemps and the experience of the store on digital."

"It's a balancing act that brings out the DNA of the department store while offering an efficient, fluid and coherent digital customer journey."

"My advice is to be curious about everything and have a deep understanding of the value chain"

"A desire to work on the technical side of things is essential as it’s an essential part of our projects.
