PRINTEMPS HOSTS THE SEVENTH EDITION OF THE CHARITY DINNER IN AID OF THE ROSE’UP ASSOCIATION

On Monday the 18th of November, 2019, Céline Dupré and Céline Lis-Raoux, the co-founders of the RoseUp association, organised the seventh edition of their gala dinner, under the aegis of Paolo De Cesare, President of Printemps. Hosted by journalist Audrey Crespo-Mara and Dr. Gérald Kierzek, with musical accompaniment by Vincent Delerm, the event raised €147,000 to fund information, support and advocacy for people living with cancer.

Thanks to its unwavering commitment, passion and love of life, the RoseUp association has reached and mobilised an extensive community: the leading experts who contribute to the magazine's editorial staff, the medical profession, women undergoing treatment and families who find the key information they need to comprehend what they are going through.

Just as elegant, lively and festive as the RoseUp association itself, the event once again brought together many talents and guests, such as Chef Guy Krenzer, the two-time Meilleur Ouvrier de France officiating for Lenôtre, designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, who created the visuals for the invitation, and all those who participated in the generous fundraiser held that same evening.

The evening was also designed to present the association’s projects and advances to the guests in attendance, including the opening of a Maison Rose in Paris, inaugurated this summer by the Minister of Solidarity and Health, Agnès Buzyn, and the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo: a warm place to welcome and support women with cancer, and to encourage those who have not yet done so to support and accompany them in this extraordinary endeavour.
