PRINTEMPS GROUP REVEALS ITS PROFESSIONAL EQUALITY INDEX

Printemps was a forerunner in terms of gender parity, introducing its first employee benefits as early as 1882, including equal pay for men and women in equivalent positions. This policy, anchored in our culture, has enabled us to post for the second year running an exceptional professional equality index of 100/100 for Printemps Logistique, 98/100 for Printemps, 97/100 for Citadium, 92/100 for Made In Design and 90/100 for Place des Tendances.

The Group continues to present a maximum indicator for individual increases and promotion rates, including for employees returning from maternity leave. These results illustrate the Printemps Group's determination to set an example in terms of professional equality and openness to diversity.
