Stéphane Roth

Stéphane Roth holds a double master’s degree in marketing from Sciences Po in Paris, including business law, marketing research and strategy. He has worked in the luxury and beauty sectors in international functions for the past 15 years as Brand Director and Director of Retail and Digital Transformation, adapting to a changing market and evolving consumers.

Stéphane began his career at marketing and communication agencies, at Intuition in 2005 followed by Air Paris in 2006. In 2007, he joined the Shiseido Group’s Décléor brand as their Communication and International Marketing Director. In 2012, he joined Baume & Mercier as Communication and International Marketing Director, followed by a move to Cartier International in 2013 as Deputy Director of Marketing, in charge of the Marketing, Communication and Service teams.

Since 2017, he has been a consultant in marketing and communication strategies for premium brands and investment funds, whom he first contacted during a two-year entrepreneurial trip to Asia. He came to Printemps Group in 2020 as the Chief Marketing and Communication Officer, joining the Executive Committee.
