Printemps wins the Cas d’Or du Digital Retail 2022

Printemps took home 5 awards at last night’s Cas d’OR du Digital Retail 2022 award ceremony, including the Innovation Award, given out by the organizer of Cas d’OR du Digital Retail, and the Grand Prize, given to the jury’s favorite submission.


Nominated in three different categories, Printemps was recognized for the launch of its first virtual store by the team with USERADGENTS; as well as the roll-out at Printemps Haussmann of its innovative occupancy tracking solution with RETENCY, aiming to optimize the in-store customer journey.
