For the Printemps Group, being a caring employer—as part of its CSR initiative—means recognizing that career paths are inextricably linked to one’s life journey.
Becoming a parent, raising a child, supporting a loved one with a dependency issue, or coping with the loss of a loved one are all life stages or challenges that can affect one’s emotional well-being, commitment, and daily work life. These deeply human experiences require a listening ear, support, and guidance to achieve a better work-life balance. From reference guides and corporate support programs to training for managers, through the “Parentalité 360” initiative, the Printemps Group reaffirms its commitment and offers concrete actions to better address the contemporary challenges of parenting and caregiving.

Through Parentalité 360, the Printemps Group is committed to supporting employees who care for a loved one on a daily basis. This commitment centers on better recognizing the role of caregivers, making available programs and resources accessible, and simplifying the necessary procedures. Managers are also educated and equipped to better understand these situations, listen to employees’ concerns, and provide appropriate guidance to employees who are caregivers.
In 2024, to underscore its commitment, the Printemps Group officially became a signatory to the “Parentalité en Entreprise” charter, a designation awarded by the Observatory for Quality of Life at Work. This commitment marks an important milestone in our efforts to foster an inclusive work environment that respects the needs of employees who are parents.
