Printemps wins 2023 MEF Award

Awarded at RCS World 2023, this prize recognizes the RCS personal shopping chatbot developed in collaboration with Sinch for Father's Day 2023. By helping Printemps customers select cosmetics products, this RCS campaign doubled the click-through rate compared with a conventional SMS campaign.
