THE RETENCY PROGRAM WINS GOLD

The jury of the IX edition of the Nuit des Rois awarded Gold to the Retency program put in place at Printemps Haussmann to assess and improve the customer experience in store. 
Nominated in the “Data and CRM” category, the Retency project consists in measuring the number of visits in store to improve the conversion rate and customer journey in store. The new technology is based on a unique cross analysis of data that ensures data privacy and regulatory compliance.
