After fifteen years spent in fashion, Héloïse Brion achieved her dream and created missmaggieskitchen.com, a place to express her unique way of life and to share her recipes that make you want to travel !
Two books and a Normandy concept store later, this passionate autodidact who loves cooking for large numbers continues her quest in real life.
On the Bleu Coupole menu, recipes from Miss Maggie’s Kitchen come to life! There you’ll find recipes from her books "Chez Miss Maggie's Kitchen" and “Mon art de recevoir” ("My Art of Hosting”, both published by Flammarion), such as orzo soup with lemon sage, butternut, sage and fresh goat cheese tart and the grilled shiitake mushroom macaroni. An ode to autumn on your plate !
