On the Bleu Coupole menu, recipes from Miss Maggie’s Kitchen come to life! There you’ll find recipes from her books "Chez Miss Maggie's Kitchen" and “Mon art de recevoir” ("My Art of Hosting”, both published by Flammarion), such as orzo soup with lemon sage, butternut, sage and fresh goat cheese tart and the grilled shiitake mushroom macaroni.
