On October 18, the 2022 E-Commerce Trophies awards ceremony, organized by the magazine Ecommerce – The Connected Retail Media, was held.
At the ceremony, our Live Shopping concept “En mode Printemps” was awarded the Gold Prize in the “Remote customer experience” category, which highlights the best initiatives in connected retail.
One hundred candidates took part in the competition across ten categories and 33 finalists pitched to the jury before a public vote.
During the evening, Maud Funaro, General Director of Transformation, and Margot Amboise, New Business Director, were once again able to showcase Live Shopping on stage. The applause was shared with all the teams who participate in this fantastic project!
SPOTLIGHT ON PRINTEMPS LIVE SHOPPING
In the lineage of its 1999 webcamers, in June 2021 Printemps launched its live shopping concept “En Mode Printemps”. This regular program, broadcast every two weeks at 6pm on Printemps.com and on social media, lets everyone use the Personal Shopping service in an entertaining and interactive way.
Through this live shopping, Printemps has created and sustained a community as well as embodied a fashion concept, its know-how and its services to energize and humanize the customer relationship. This model (entirely produced in-house) was able to find its audience and ensure true profitability.
The program is omnichannel by nature: customers can connect live or in replay on the Printemps.com website or on social media, they can buy the products directly without leaving the video or can find them in store. Above all, they have access to the Personal Shopping services directly online and in stores.
