A graduate of ESCP Business School and holder of an MBA from Columbia Business School, Rémy Baume began his career in 1998 at the investment bank Morgan Stanley as a financial analyst and later in mergers and acquisitions, before joining McKinsey & Company.
He continued his career in operational roles within major groups, notably at LVMH/Groupe Arnault in 2008 as Director of Investments, then at Carrefour starting in 2009, where he was successively responsible for the Group’s strategy and transformation, and then for the non-food sector in France and internationally.
In 2013, he entered the fashion and accessories sector as Chairman and CEO of the Kidiliz Group (formerly known as the Zannier Group), a specialist in children’s ready-to-wear. In 2020, he became Chairman and CEO of the Zadig & Voltaire brand, before being appointed CEO of the Printemps Group in June 2026.
