Printemps Académie partners with the Sorbonne

Printemps Académie is providing students with high-level professional training in the fields of sales and negotiation. 

As part of the Master 2 in Commercial Strategy and Negotiation Policies at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and delivered through an apprenticeship program, the students took a course led by various figures from Printemps: HR Director Christophe Abraham, Printemps Académie Director Caroline Cloarec and Employee Relations Manager Agnès Varenne. The course aims to prepare students for a sales manager position in retail. The students had the chance to learn about various aspects of management, including: 

- the history of management and its impact on daily team leadership,
- employee relations and labor law.  

In addition to the theory portion, the budding sales managers took part in role-playing sessions in order to gain practical experience. At the end of this day of learning, Jean-Marc Bellaiche, CEO of Printemps, congratulated the students for their participation.
