Capital Magazine and the Institut Statista, using 53 different criteria (website user-friendliness, payment security, delivery methods, after-sales service and more), analyzed and evaluated more than 10,000 sites across several different categories. This evaluation was paired with a survey of some 3,000 web users.
The ranking also recognizes the site’s new identity and lifestyle approach, which offers relaxed and accessible clothing in all styles.
