Annalisa Loustau Elia holds a law degree from the University of Rome. She began her career in 1989 at Procter & Gamble, where she held various management positions, both in France and abroad, before becoming Global Director of the Pampers brand. In 2002, she became the International Managing Director of several cosmetics brands at the L’Oréal Luxe Division.
In 2004, she joined Cartier as Worldwide Managing Director where she was in charge of development, marketing and communication of all product categories.
Annalisa Loustau Elia joined the Printemps Group in 2008 as Marketing and Communication Director, and extended its scope to omnichannel, data intelligence, digital and CRM in 2012.
Annalisa Loustau Elia is also a member of the Board of Directors of Legrand (CAC 40), Campari (FTSE Milano Italia Borsa) and Roche Bobois (Euronext Paris).
