Mathieu Staat holds an undergraduate degree from ESCP - EAP business school and a postgraduate degree from the University of Paris Panthéon Sorbonne. He began his career at Accor, where for twelve years he successively held positions in customer loyalty, brand development, project management, and Vice President Marketing – CRM and Customer Relations. He then spent four years at Fnac as their Marketing Director.

 

Mathieu joined L'Occitane in 2012,and rose to the position of Digital and CRM International Director. In 2018, he acted at Sephora as Digital and Customer Marketing Director Europe and Middle East.

 

Mathieu joined the Printemps Group in 2021 and integrated the Executive Committee as Chief Omnichannel Officer.
