For the first time, Printemps will bring its unique French savoir faire to Qatar with the opening of a flagship department store in Doha in Q3 of 2022 - the first Printemps store to open outside of France and the largest luxury department store in the Middle East. With a retail space of more than 40,000sq/m and strategic position in a one-of-a-kind destination: Doha Oasis, Printemps Doha will be spread across three floors and offer an extensive range of exclusive fashion brands, high-end jewelry, lifestyle & home accessories, beauty, a flower shop and 14 world-class F&B concepts.

Accountabilities :

Operational:
1. Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, supporting them with their own sales, fostering cross-selling and client repurchase
2. Build and develop own client portfolio
3. Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support, ensuring Printemps standards are achieved
4. Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example. Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
5. Direct / control customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales & customer satisfaction.
6. To review customer complaints / suggestions and propose improvements in customer service standards
7. Control customer service activities of 3rd party service providers such as merchandisers, service squad, etc
8. Ensure smooth function of supply chain / store Inventory by controlling re-ordering, returns & /stock transfers
9. Ensure that all merchandising activities in the store reflect the needs of the trading period in line with the GL Marketing Calendar.
10. Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.


Responsibilities:

Qualification:

·       At least 4 years of experience in the retail industry or similar industry

·       At least 1 years of experience in a Managerial role

·       Excellent people skills, ability to motivate and teach leaders to succeed

·       Experience drafting manuals and setting operational standards

·       Superior verbal and written communication skills

·       Visual merchandising background

·       Ability to work with leaders to maintain consistency across all stores

·       Excellent math and bookkeeping skills

·       Analytical, reporting skills and business, commercial awareness

·       Inter-personal communication skills

·       Stock and Inventory management
